What Our Teachers have to say…

As a teacher at Bright&Early, I am very impressed with the constant level of professionalism that my fellow staff adhere to. Working together as a unit, we are helping one another to assure a safe, loving, and educational environment for all the children. Every day is a joy coming to work knowing that our co-workers, parents, and adminstrators are ALL here to benefit the kids.     Miss Maria, B&E Preschool Teacher and Assistant Director

I have been working at Bright&Early since they opened in August 2012 and I must begin by saying that this is a fabulous, beautiful child care center. The teachers here at B&E are so kind, loving and very patient with all the children. I could not ask for a more professional group of teachers to work with. The director and assistant director are very professional, sweet, and especially kind to everyone who walks through the door. I love teaching at B&E, there is no place I would rather be.     Miss Janet, B&E Preschool Teacher

My experience working at Bright&Early has always been just like a family environment. We work together, plan together, and we are putting children before anything. It has always been this way because every teacher really is here because of their love for children.     Miss Serina, B&E Preschool Teacher

I love the B&E Learning Experience Plans. As teachers, we are able to create plans for our individual classroom. Each classroom has children who come to the center with different social, emotional, and developmental skills. Each teacher has full responsibility to help children grow and develop by creating individual lesson plans. This brings great results for both the students, and their families.     Miss Jaehee, B&E Preschool Teacher

One-on-one private conferences are held twice per year, in November and May. The teachers share with parents how their child succeed in each area of development with observational notes, summarized on this report.

Bright&Early Culture

We take pride that the B&E company culture is truly a unique experience. Teachers are in this profession because they love children, they love being creative, they love watching little learners develop and grow. Teachers care about their classrooms which are a home away from home. Teachers support each other not only within their B&E center – but also from center to center. While each center is a strong team in and of itself, this commitment and support is evident across the entire company. Outside of the classrooms and center hours – B&E teachers gather as a company for team building exercises and to get to know each other.

Below are pictures showing the happiness factor that we all feel when we gather to celebrate the awesomeness of our team!
