About Our Killingworth Center
In 2024 Bright & Early acquired a Killingworth child care center with roots in the community for many years. The center is now under Bright & Early ownership and management.
Children enjoy the creative energy in the classrooms, ensuring a stimulating environment for care and early education. Warm, natural light shines into our brightly appointed classrooms through large windows, providing a sunny environment. Each of our infant and toddler classrooms has plenty of space for up to 8 children with two teachers, while our preschool classrooms fit up to 20 children with two teachers. Outdoors, we have separate playgrounds for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, respectively.
We value your convenience. Parking spaces are close to the entrance for safe, easy drop-off and pick-up. If you need to leave your child’s car seat at the center, there is a designated area for this purpose.
We value security. A securely coded entry system allows access to the center only for enrolled families and staff. An extensive camera system monitors every classroom, hall, entrance, and outdoor play area, and its video feed is viewed throughout the day by the director.
